A New Standard of Care: How Transition to Success is Transforming Lives Through Economic Empowerment
At Bridges Reentry, we believe successful reentry requires more than helping women survive after incarceration. True transformation happens when women are equipped with the tools, mindset, support systems, and opportunities needed to build stable, self-sufficient, and purpose-driven lives.
That belief is why Bridges Reentry adopted the Transition to Success (TTS) framework and now provides the curriculum to every woman in the program.
TTS is far more than a class or case management tool. It is a nationally recognized, evidence-based approach focused on breaking cycles of generational poverty and helping individuals move from crisis and survival thinking toward long-term economic stability and personal empowerment.
In this three-part video series, Bridges Reentry Founder and Executive Director Gay Romack, Board Member Dr. MJ Osmick, and Director of Mentoring & Development Pam Betz discuss how TTS is changing lives inside Bridges Reentry — and how the organization is now helping expand this model across Arizona.
